As a young child, Wonder Woman was my favorite super-hero. She was everything an 11-year-old wanted to be. Smart, beautiful, strong and a super-hero. I was a big fan of the TV show and one year; I was even Wonder Woman (an 11-year-old version with a tailor made costume as my Mother the real super-hero here wanted to please me). It was my favorite Halloween costume, and I went begging for candy in my building as well as my best friends building. We knocked on Paul Simon’s door, and he knew my friend and thought her Caspar costume and my Wonder Woman costume were so cute he invited us to sit on his couch and eat my first microwave popcorn. As an 11-year-old, I should have been excited as Cary Fisher was there and she was very sweet to both of us. If I had known she was Princess Lea, I probably would have been acting strange, but she was not wearing the bun hairstyle and just found out this year it was her with Paul Simon.
The newest precious gem by DC COMICS is a must see for every child that loves Wonder Woman. The latest film is a magical thrill ride from start to finish. There is a lot of talent in this film; Gal Gadot encompasses Wonder Woman. She is smart, beautiful, strong and a role model for 11-year-old girls. She is perfect casting in the film, and I hope there will be many installments and films. This is the best DC COMIC film since the original Batman many years ago. This film seems old-school, and it is shot and directed beautifully. Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana Princess of the Amazons, but her Mother makes up a story that she was made out of clay.I don’t want to ruin this masterpiece for you. If you love action adventure, this movie is among the best. I was impressed with the story, the acting, and the effects as well as the sheer beauty of this film. I give this movie 5 stars out of 5. It is very entertaining, and a must see. It was also nice to see women starring and directing this film. Run and see it. You should take your kid and you will also feel like a kid again.
