Sirloin
Corine Cohen had a tasting at Davios NYC restaurant. We did not get to select what was on the tasting but the food and wine pairings were wonderful. We loved the salmon crocette, the spring rolls, the scallop with pork belly and the sirloin steak. Every wine was perfection and the servers were incredible. The atmosphere at Davios is gorgeous and inviting and I wish I had been there on a date. It had some of the most scrumptious wines I have ever tasted. It was a very enjoyable experience.
