It was very exciting to talk with Peter Mills who wrote ” Death For Five Voices” which opened yesterday at the Sheen Center. It is a dark musical based on a true story. It is a powerful and beautiful music with a very talented cast. It is playing at 18 Bleeker Street through April 17th, and it is Corine’s pick. Peter wrote the music and lyrics and also wrote the book with Cara Reichel. I was also very impressed with the gorgeous costumes by Sidney Shannon. The costumes were very elaborate, and I was amazed at the details for such a short run Off- Broadway show.
The show has drama, romance, and betrayal.
