On Monday, September 27, 2016, I was on my way home from Manhattan and noticed something odd on 43rd Street, near Queens Boulevard, which normally looks like this:
Two new storefronts had sprung up out of nowhere: Domino's Pizza and Cricket Wireless. Talk about gentrification!
