LOW CALORIE COOKING

I am on a low calorie diet trying to remove the covid 50. So far I am,down 28 pounds. I am,doing it with a low calorie, high protein diet. I personally have a love of Muscle Milk advanced pro shakes and usually have one for breakfast and lunch. Today I felt like a salad.

I,buy waterchestnuts in water on Amazon which cost 14.00 for 12. It is very easy and healthy.

One can of drained waterchestnuts.  A dash of ginger powder, one, teaspoon of thai peanut sauce. Stir. Top with dried chives, one whole earth stevia packet and sesame seeds.

It is around 200 calories and very satisfying.  Add protein of choice. I had it without as it is very filling
