I am on a new weight loss program and so far have lost 28 pounds. I want to lose 29 more. I did,it on protein shakes, a healthy diet and wegovy.
Today I made a healthy, filling salad with one can of waterchestnuts, dried chives, one teaspoon of Thai peanut sauce and sesame seeds.
300 calories and very satisfying.

Peanut sauce the only fattening ingredient from Trader Joe’s.
