During previews I saw a Sunday matinee of "Kimberly Akimbo." I saw, the play at MTC many years ago and adored it. David Lindsay Abaire took the play and collaborated with Jeanine Tesori to write the music. It also has Victoria Clark as Kimberly,  Steven Boyer as her drunk dad, Alli Mauzey as a self absorbed Mom and Bonnie Milligan...
