Sadly, I never got to see Disney’s ” The Good Dinosaur” when it came out a few months ago. I was flipping through the channels tonight and lucky for me I clicked on the On Demand screen and saw that ” The Good Dinosaur” was already on demand. For only $5.99 cents you can watch it in HD or for $5.49 you can watch it in SD. I have an SD box, so I watched it in SD, and it was worth every penny of the $5.49.
This is a very cost effective way to have the entire family see the film for one low price. I found the film very touching and had the best time.
If you have FIOS, this is the perfect family film. The film is about a family of dinosaurs the youngest of the family meets “Spot” a prehistoric Caveman that barks like a dog and the dinosaur names him “Spot” it is adorable, and a must-see for children and adults ages five and up. There are a few scary scenes that might not be suitable for very young children.
Also, if you rent on Demand, the video is available for 30 days in case you want to watch it again. I will! The quality is better on a large screen, but since I never got to see it in the theater, I am glad I got to see it on Demand.
The movie is 1 hour 33 minutes, and it made me cry. Most Disney films do. Three stars. An affordable night of entertainment.
