Avocado Mash.

I will be writing about other things in addition to entertainment. I was trying to make healthy homemade guacamole but did not have lime, cilantro or salsa. I made another dish that was almost as good, very healthy, full of fiber and filling.

I would call it Italian Avocado mash and it was surprisingly tasty. You take a haas Avocado when it is ripe you cut it and remove the pit. Scoop out the inside and put it in a bowl or mason jar and mash it.

Once fully mashed add garlic powder, minced or fresh onions, dry chives and a few table spoons of pasta sauce. Stir and add popcorn cheese powder just a teaspoon and marinate a few hours. It is amazing.
