Corine Cohen was invited to do a sushi tasting at Dojo Sushi. A fantastic new hot spot at 110 1st Avenue (7th street) The Chef is so nice and explained each piece we consumed. This is not your typical sushi place. The fish is exceptional quality and they don’t need sauces to liven up the fish, The fish is so fresh and you can taste the difference. It is a must if you love quality. We were really impressed with everything we tried.
