The new Warner Brothers version of Dark Shadows is a brilliant new farce for people who love to be entertained. From what I have read there is a cult following for the Dark Shadows series and while I was never exposed to the series this new film by Warner Brothers has made me want to explore it.

The film is farce and special effects at it's absolute best. Johnny Depp plays the romantic role of a lifetime. His incredible acting chops and comic timing make him a joy to watch. Tim Burton a film genius has created his best film yet with an all star cast. 

It was a joyride from start to finish and I hope they make a sequel.

Out of a scale of 10 stars this films gets 9. For adults over 13.
