Great food buys in NYC, Looking for a great place to eat that wont break the bank! At Five Napkin Burger they have an amazing happy hour with five dollar glasses of wine and 4 dollar beers. The hours are 4-7 at the 14th street and 3rd avenue location. They also have the most amazing small bites. My favorite: The spicy salmon and avocado hand rolls at only $2.00 each.
